Completion of the Beiqi Foton Motor Project in Noise Source Identification of a Gasoline Engine

Beijing, 13 June 2008 – STC, a leader in NVH engineering in China, today announced that the company, in cooperation with Lotus Engineering, has successfully completed a project with Beiqi Foton Motor.  Employing near-field acoustic holography (NAH) in the diagnosis process, the noise source was accurately identified, allowing further NVH refinement on the new car model by the car manufacturer.
