WORKINGS

 Vibrations are measured and monitored at multiple positions on the objective under test. 

 Comparing the data with the previously thresholds, the system recognizes failures as they arise and sends a shutdown alert to the test stand.

 Intelligent and fully automatic system which learns limits of the vibration signature of a tested device under various load conditions autonomously (speed, torque, temperature etc.).

 Multi-channel 24-bit data acquisition and logging generates accurate measurement data for efficient evaluations of the testing.

 Calculation of damage-relevant indicators (high resolution order analysis, short-term effective value, rotary oscillation) are identified and mapped in the easy-to-verify documentation.

 Logical post-processing of pre-alarms eliminates false alarms.

 Integral EasyReporting software report generator delivers rapid evaluations.
